I cannot put this experience into words…it felt so good, to have this very soft and gentle touch on my skin, and the space had the energy of a temple. It was a very deep session; I had lots of emotional release, shaking and releasing tears. I experienced childhood memories and had green energies coming out of my arms from a past life as a witch and was flying around as an angel. My cells felt like a dark rusty crusty border was cracking and released what felt like cancer from my cells until the natural cell appeared again, soft and bouncy with a fluid like melting honey inside. After the session I was deeply relaxed, and the next two days feeling things continue to release in my body and drinking 5 litres of Monchique water per day to help with this detox process. I was resting a lot and having showers with sea salt to support this process.
