I had a rainbow healing session off Sarah, which was very relaxing. It felt like electricity moving through my arms, shoulders, and all over my body with her gentle touch, and it felt like she was removing energies with magnets from my being. I enjoyed the visualisation practice and had multiple ideas for living in paradise! I also felt the love pouring in, and found myself saying positive affirmations about being worthy, and saying kind things to myself during the session, which was beautiful to experience.
