Sarah channels a very pure energy of love in her sessions, and her presence and touch allowed me to connect to my inner child, to open my heart, and to see wounds that needed healing. I got so many visions and insights, it calmed down my nervous system (that was completely out of whack), and I had a big emotional release. I was in a terribly contracted state when I came to Sarah, and I felt a huge shift in my body and mind during the session. I could finally relax into rest mode.
