I offer a combination of talking therapy, rainbow ascension energy healing, an oracle card reading and a manifestation practice to serve as a spiritual spark for your deep healing and transformation.

I honour you as the unique soul you are, and I emphasise the truest expression of your soul by being true to your higher self in order to lead the most fulfilling and aligned life possible. My creative and dynamic approach is founded on empathy, unconditional love and authenticity, meaning I offer you a warm, compassionate and safe space to explore and express your truest and most genuine self without fear of judgement; working with any difficulties you are experiencing, ensuring you feel seen, heard and held.

I am here to listen to you, support you, guide you, gently challenge you, and I am here to help you awaken the potential and the wisdom of your soul to help you grow and blossom into the beautiful, rare lotus flower that you are. I use effective psychotherapeutic methods to bring self-understanding and encourage you to explore new perspectives and feelings towards life situations and past traumas, by providing a safe container and the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and your ways of relating to others and the world around you because of your life experiences, values and beliefs.

We will start the session with a guided practice to ground into the space together and lead into a therapeutic conversation to explore what you are currently working with in your mental, emotional and spiritual landscapes, what your blocks are, and how you wish to evolve along your journey; identifying what you are ready to release and let go of, and what you are calling in for your greatest and highest good; which are the intentions we will connect with during the energy healing part of the session.

I will then offer you a gentle yet powerful energy healing treatment that aligns body, mind and soul, and connects with Source energy to give healing at the deepest levels for whatever you need at the divine time and in the divine way for your healing journey. This treatment is called Rainbow Ascension Healing and is based on the frequency of pure unconditional love, activating your own self-love and self-healing abilities. It is similar to Reiki but works at a different frequency and instead of being hands-off, involves light strokes and touches, which helps heal the ‘inner child’ we all have inside, who often needs nurturing in a safe space. The treatment is also very soothing for the nervous system, bringing you out of survival mode and back into your body.

We all have great potential, but due to the limiting beliefs and fears that we hold about ourselves and our lives, we tend to get stuck in particular patterns that keep us from realising our full potential. These patterns show up in various ways and beneath these external symptoms are corresponding patterns of energy. The treatment acts as a catalyst to awaken your life force energy, gently enabling you to transform your patterns/traumas in whatever ways are right/best for you, and begin to change from who you are now, to who you want to be, by helping you release whatever is holding you back. I create a strong and safe container to allow the release of any traumas that are ready to be released back to Mother Earth.

This treatment trusts your innate intelligence to bring order and balance into your life; helping to re-align you to your true self, gain clarity and awareness, and energise you to make positive steps in your life. I use energy balancing techniques intuitively, and guided by Spirit, as well as crystals, essential oils, and other energetic tools to amplify your healing process. The procedure is gentle, non-invasive and completely safe. Gentle touches and light strokes are used to perform energetic/quantum healing to remove the things you’re ready to let go of; memories, emotions, beliefs, etc. The removal of outer clothing is recommended to allow nurturing skin to skin contact, which helps with healing the ‘inner child’ and with calming the nervous system.

The treatment is in 2 parts, the first part is releasing and letting go of what no longer serves you, and we will work with the intention you identified that you wish to free yourself from and let go of. In the second part of the treatment, I guide you through a visualisation process for manifesting your best life, connected to your intention of what you’re calling in, and then channel energies from the Divine for your greatest and highest good. The therapy is usually very relaxing, and is helpful if you feel like you need time out of your busy, stressful life to focus on yourself, and there are things you know you need to let go of in order to move forwards. The treatment works at a cellular and quantum level, communicating with your cells to bring about change, and removing blockages from your path.

Following this part of the experience, I will offer you personalised lifestyle advice based on any downloads received during the treatment, and you will receive divination to support your process through an Oracle card reading. We will then consolidate the experience with a manifestation practice to anchor in the shift in energies and place your cosmic order with the Divine through the creation of a symbol which you can use for your ongoing spiritual practice, for example using the symbol as a drinks coaster, in your art work, on your alter, or any other way you connect with the symbol to bring your desires into your reality.

This is a simple, yet profound, approach to self-healing and personal growth and development. It can be used on its own or alongside conventional medicine or alternative and complementary therapies. It is an empowering tool for enabling you to let go of past limitations and move forward in your life with clearer direction and intention.
